What area do we cover?...
This is the area covered by the Croxton Rd. Residents Association. It includes homes on the Croxton Road itself, Highlands, Fairfields, Woodlands, The Ladies Estate and Liberty Gardens.
Any residents who are experiencing nuisance levels of noise from the Concrete Factory on the edge of Fisons Way Ind. Estate should contact the Association now. More
The Resident's Association is to hold a quiz night on Tuesday 18th November 2008 at the Church of the Nazarene, Croxton Rd.
Start time will be 7.30pm prompt.
We invite you to enter a team. Teams will be of 4 people but if you can't get 4 people together (perhaps coz nobody really likes you or something) then it's alright if you have fewer people. Definitely no more than 4 per team though!
Entry will be £5 per team and money raised will help keep the Association running.
There will be 10 rounds of 10 questions, which I am informed will test the best. Any team scoring more points than the Resident's Association committee team will be thrown out on their ear and not be invited back again in a hurry.
There will be prizes but don't get yer hopes up coz like I said - the Association committee team will be winning those!
Alcohol cannot be provided, I'm afraid, but you may bring your own. We just can't sell it.
Oh! and don't forget the Chairman's tithe!
We realise it's a bit early to advertise this quiz night but we need to know in good time how many teams there will be.
